You authorize BeRaw and its applicable clients to collect, store, use, and disclose your information as outlined in this policy.

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the Services, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, when you participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise when you contact us.

Personal Information Provided by You

Campaign Data

Our application will display an “offer wall.” Such an offer wall allows third-party advertisers to offer virtual currency, gifts, or other items to users in return for the acceptance and completion of an advertisement offer. • With our data processors and other service providers, partners, or contractors in connection with the services they perform for us or for a Platform. • Once you authorise LBR to share content with any Platform, LBR is no longer responsible for such shared content. Instead, the content will be in the control of the relevant Platform and subject to the Platforms’ terms and policies. We do not assume responsibility of your data or the privacy policies of any Platforms supported by LBR’s Offering. We encourage you to carefully review the privacy policies of any Platform you chose to access or share your data with via LBR’s Offering. • LBR’s Offering uses the APIs of certain Platforms to connect to their services, if you wish to ensure that LBR’s Offering does not access data from a Platform you have previously connected to, you may follow the instructions provided by the Platform. 4. Payment Information

• All payment processing is handled by Stripe and INTERAC.
• All payments are securely processed through Stripe. BeRaw only stores your email ID for payouts made via INTERAC and does not store or manage any payment details. For more information, please refer to Stripe’s privacy policy

We share information only when necessary:

• With Brands: Relevant data such as your content, its performance and engagement metrics are shared with brands when you participate in campaigns.
• With Service Providers: Data may be shared with third parties to support operations (e.g., analytics, communication, and marketing).
• Legal Compliance: Information may be disclosed to comply with legal obligations or enforce terms of service.
• We may use your personal information for our own business purposes, such as for undertaking internal research for technological development and demonstration. This is not considered to be “selling” your personal information. We will not sell or share personal information in the future belonging to website visitors, users, and other consumers.
